Accommodations

We have  several different types of accommodations

We have eleven comfortable, motel-style rooms with outside entrance, private bath, cable TV, and telephone. Five of our rooms have one queen size bed, five have two double beds. There is one room with one double bed and one single bed. A full breakfast is included with all of these rooms.

In addition, we have four efficiency-style units, ideal for longer stays, or larger groups and families. Breakfast is not included with these rooms, but can be added for only $5 per person. Please let us know the night before if you are staying in one of the efficiencies and wish to order breakfast.

The Fireplace Efficiency has 1 double bed and one bunk bed with a double on the bottom and a single bed above. It is equipped for cooking with a kitchenette including stove, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator and dining table. It sleeps five, with an option to include room #11 with a double and single beds for a larger group.

The Riverside Efficiency has 1 double bed and 2 Deluxe double Futon foldout couches. It is fully equipped for cooking with a kitchenette including stove, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator and dining table. The Riverside is newly painted and with new carpet for winter 2004/05.

The Skylight Efficiency has one queen-sized bed, one single bed, and one double futon fold-out couch. It has a full kitchen including stove and oven, microwave, toaster oven, small refrigerator and dining table. It sleeps five with plenty of space to bring in a single cot for additional sleeping space.

The Brookside Apartment has a bedroom with two double beds, as well as a double bed foldout futon couch and a day bed with trundle, for a total of five separate beds. It has a full-sized kitchen, fully equipped for cooking, and has a dining room area with table. The Brookside enjoys a large common area with plenty of space for as many as eight friends or family members. It is our largest, nicest space, remodeled from top to bottom in 2004. If you need even more space, the adjacent room sixteen can be rented, and will give an extra bedroom with queen-sized bed and a separate bathroom.

Important Note: We limit the number of guests in the Brookside to 6 during holiday periods for noise considerations, unless you rent the adjacent room #16 as well, which would allow you to sleep up to 10.

Breakfasts are served in our fireside lobby or can be taken outside and enjoyed on the deck in warm weather. Also located on the deck is a  grill for cookouts and a hot tub for your enjoyment.

We allow pets in certain rooms, subject to certain rules so that pets do not become a bother for other guests. There is a kennel located in a wooded spot by the river if you care to leave your dog outside while you enjoy the area.

Note: We do have a smoking room available. If you want a smoking room, please ask when making a reservation and note that there is a $50.00 fee for smoking in a non-smoking room.
