Welcome to the Warren Lodge
We are pleased to offer you lodging in our riverside inn at the foot of the Sugarbush ski slope access road. We are also just a few miles from Mad River Glen ski area. The Warren Lodge has modern accommodations with the warmth and hospitality of a country inn. We combine New England charm and country hospitality to produce a special quality of service that has become our trademark.
Spacious rooms include air conditioning, cable TV, shower/ bath. We also offer efficiency units with kitchenettes for families and others who need a little more space, or plan longer stays.
In warmer months, enjoy our wonderful outdoor space with its trees, its grassy play areas and its private riverside beach. For summer guests, we also have air-conditioning for those rare days when the weather in Vermont turns hot. We hope to offer the best value in the Valley during any season. We are the best location to ski at Sugarbush or Mad River Glen, the closest lodging to Yestermorrow, and convenient for all local hiking and outdoor activities, as well as events such as the Mad Rally, the Vermont Stage Race, and the Century Ride.
The Mad River Valley in the heart of Vermont is renowned for its secluded swimming holes, scenic bike paths, hiking trails, ski slopes, friendly people, comfortable accommodations and superb food.

Standard Rooms
Each of our standard rooms have been 100% renovated as of January 2016
Each of our Standard rooms features brand new private bathrooms, new mini refrigerators, floors, mattresses, comforters, 48" flat panel HDTVs (with upgraded cable packages) and free WiFi. Seven of our rooms contain two queen beds and three rooms contain one queen.

The Guest House
Wondering where to stay in Warren? This private piece of heaven is located behind the owner's quarters of the Lodge.
Now is the perfect time to escape for a few days, spend some time creating long lasting memories by retreating out back for a stroll along the Mad River Path. Do as little or as much as you would like. Wander the lush grounds, relax in the Adirondack chairs on the deck, or grab some local food from the market and cook a romantic dinner in the newly renovated kitchen. The guesthouse offers scenic views and sounds of the Mad River from your bedroom . The living area is very spacious including both a private bath, kitchen and living room.
The Guesthouse features new: radiant floor heating, 48" flat screen HDTV, WiFi, sectional sofa, Queen bed and mattress, kitchen cabinets and appliances.

The Fireplace Efficiency
The Fireplace Efficiency is the perfect place for the nature lover in you. This room offers nature at it's best and is decorated with vintage furniture that will inspire you to put on hiking shoes and explore the Mad River Path awaiting in our back yard.

The Skylight Efficiency
The key feature of this space is the large skylight, where you can stargaze or watch the snow falling from above. With gracious sitting areas, a kitchen and ample sleeping accommodations, this room is one of our most quiet and cozy rooms.

The Brookside Apartment
Whether you are a party of skiers, snowboarders, wedding guests, leaf peepers, natural swimming hole bathers or hikers, the Brookside Apartment is your perfect destination. The sounds of water trickling down the Mad River can be heard directly outside, providing a sense of peacefulness. Sipp wine by the fireplace as the kids play in the backyard.
The Brookside Apartment has a private entrance on the ground level for easy unpacking. The large common area has plenty of space for as many as 5 friends or family members. It is our largest space, but if you need extra room, the adjacent room (#16) can combined with the Brookside Apartment and will provide an extra bedroom with a Queen-sized bed and an additional bathroom. Together, the two units will accommodate 7 people.

The Owner's Quarters
This unit is the owner's quarters of the lodge which was 100% renovated in 2016. It contains 1 bathroom, a large living room and kitchen which is equipped for cooking with a stove, microwave, toaster oven, full refrigerator and dishwasher.
It sleeps 8 within the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a king bed, the 2nd bedroom contains 1 full bed and 1 twin and the 3rd bedroom contains 1 full and 2 twins (bunks). This unit comes with an option to include the guest house with a single bedroom, bathroom and full kitchen for a larger group.

Our Condos
The Warren Lodge is pleased to offer condominiums for all budgets located at an annex property a mere ¼ mile from the lodge. The condos are perfectly situated to provide easy access to Sugarbush mountain, downtown Warren Village, Riverside Park and the Hostel Tevere Bar. The proximity to the bar allows you to take a quick stroll from your condo to enjoy a mouth watering Heady Topper or Sip of Sunshine. All of our condos have keyless entry, HDTV and free WiFi.
Condo 9
Condo 9 has beautiful wood walls, a handcrafted Queen bunk bed with six inch posts, bamboo floors and a renovated kitchen stocked with supplies. Whether you choose to go out or stay home watching a movie, you will feel at home here.

Condo 10 provides a romantic feel as you walk through the door. With hand-crafted wood walls, you experience a cabin feel. Entering into the living room, you will be greeted by hardwood floors, a sleeper sofa and a balcony.

Condo 40 is full of excitement, from the industrial piping on the custom made queen bunk bed to the metal framed mirror. Upon returning from a day trip to Waterbury, sit at the metal table that resembles a piece from medieval times and enjoy some Cabot cheese and wine.

About the Lodge
The Upper Property
The Warren Lodge enjoys ample outside space. You can have a picnic down in the woods or set up on the upper lawn. The Kingsbury Greenway trail connects the far side of the property with a beaver pond. It's an easy hike of 30-40 minutes round trip. Very early morning or just before dusk is the best time to see beavers and other wildlife.
The Riverside Beach
The riverside is a great place to relax or just take a stroll. With its trees and the mountain rising on the other side of the river, you will feel as if you were in the middle of a great forest. Bring your lunch down to our picnic table. You can fish along the river here, or even take a dip in the swimming hole.
Children should not be left unattended down by the river. The river swells during the spring or after a big rainstorm and the water is almost irresistible to young children. Nevertheless, with a little caution, time spent along the riverside can be one of the most pleasant moments of your trip.
