Brookside Apartment

Here are a couple of pictures of the Brookside Apartment. It has a bedroom with two double beds, a living room with a a double futon-style bed/couch, and a day bed with trundle, for a total of five beds. It also has a full kitchen, a gas fireplace, and a dining space. For an even larger group, you may rent the adjacent Room Sixteen (Brookside Adjunct) to add a separate bedroom with queen-sized bed and bathroom, and a double door that can be opened between the two units or closed for privacy. We stripped this space to the bones last spring and completely remodeled it from top to bottom and are quite pleased with the result.

Important Note: We limit the number of guests in the Brookside to 6 during holiday periods for noise considerations, unless you rent the adjacent room #16 as well, which would allow you to sleep up to 10.
