Regular Room Rates include a Full breakfast. Regular room rates are per room based on double occupancy. Additional person ages 6-12 is $10 and 13 or older is $15. Rollaway cot is $5 per night. Full breakfast included with standard room.

Efficiencies and apartment rates are irrespective of number of guests. Breakfast may be included for modest additional charge.

* Regular rooms have either two double beds (sleeps 2-4) or one Queen size bed (sleeps 2)

**Two efficiencies with kitchenette have a queen size bed and two double futon couches and sleep six people.

*One efficiency w/kitchenette has one double bed and one double / single bunk bed, corner fireplace and dining area. Sleeps five people.  The adjoining room has one double and one single bed with bath can sleep 3 people. These rooms can be rented separately or together as a suite.

*The apartment with full kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom with two double beds and living room which has a double futon couch plus day bed and trundle and sleeps up to eight.

* Breakfast is not included with the efficiencies or apartment, but may be included for modest additional price.

Pets allowed in certain rooms for a small additional charge.
