Regular Room Rates include a Full breakfast. Regular room rates are per room based on double occupancy. Additional person ages 6-12 is $10 and 13 or older is $15. Rollaway cot is $5 per night. Full breakfast included with standard room.

Efficiencies and apartment are irrespective of number of guests. Breakfast may be included for modest additional charge.

Note: Martin Luther King Weekend will be normal weekend rates only, but that rate extends through Sunday night.

* Regular rooms have either two double beds (sleeps 4) or one queen-sized bed (sleeps 2)

*One efficiency with kitchenette has a queen size bed and two double futon couches and sleeps six people.

*One efficiency with kitchenette has a queen size bed a single bed and a double futon couch and sleeps five people.

*One efficiency with kitchenette has one double bed and one double / single bunk bed, corner fireplace and dining area. Sleeps five people.  The adjoining room has one double and one single bed with bath can sleep 3 people. These rooms can be rented separately or together as a suite.

**The apartment with full kitchen, dining area and separate bedroom with two double beds and day bed and living room which has two double futon couches and sleeps up to eight (or six during holidays), or up to 10 total if you also rent adjacent room 16 with a separate queen-sized bed and a second bathroom.

* Breakfast is not included with the efficiencies or apartment, but may be included for modest additional price.

We allow pets in certain rooms, subject to certain rules so that pets do not become a bother for other guests, and an $8 pet fee to account for extra cleaning and wear. There is ample space by the river for a romp or along the Kingsbury Bridge Greenway to walk down to see the beavers at the pond.
